Parking is available to all overnight guests and guests attending a meeting or special event at the inn.

Served in the 1820 House Parlor from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Monday- Friday and 7:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, our continental breakfast includes yogurt, oatmeal, baked goods, fruit, hot and cold cereal, bagels, juices, and freshly ground coffee. Gluten-free options are also available.

Guests enjoy Internet in all rooms, suites, social areas and function venues.

There is an indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi for year-round use at our sister property, The Simsbury Inn, and an outdoor seasonal pool for use at our sister property, Avon Old Farms Hotel.

Use of the fitness center at our sister property, The Simsbury Inn, is available. In addition to two treadmills, an elliptical trainer, recumbent bike, universal machine, weight bench, and free weights, the center also features a jacuzzi, saunas and locker rooms. 

Our Business Center provides one Internet-equipped workstation and faxing and printing services.

At Simsbury 1820 House, we know that pets are part of the family and we welcome them in our special pet rooms, located in the Carriage House. Pets must be quiet especially at night and there is a charge of $20.00 per night with a maximum weight of pet not to exceed 50 pounds. A $100.00 refundable cleaning deposit is taken at the time of reservation. Pet friendly rooms must be booked directly with the inn.
